Memorial Donation

Pay tribute to a pet or loved one that has passed by making a donation that helps the Adams County SPCA rescue, nurture and Adopt so many pets in need. Your memorial donation also includes a personalized letter that we will send on your behalf.

To donate in memory of a loved one who has passed, please fill out the application below and send your tax-deductible contribution made payable to Adams County SPCA to 11 Goldenville Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325 OR you may make a memorial donation by clicking on the Make a Donation button below using Paypal. When donating online please be sure to include the address of the family member to which the acknowledgment letter is to be sent in the "Item" box.
